Terms of service
1. Who we are
This store is operated by SETBOX LLC, D-U-N-S 538377283, 25 Kioto St., Office 222, Kyiv 02156, Ukraine (“SETBOX”, “we”, “us”, “our”). These Terms of Service, together with the policies referenced in them, govern your use of getsetbox.com and everything you buy through it (the “Services”).
By visiting, using or buying from the Services you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.
2. Eligibility and your account
You confirm that you are at least the age of majority in your state, province or country of residence. If you create an account you are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for everything done through your account. The information you give us must be accurate, current and complete. You may not transfer or sell your account.
3. Our products
SETBOX sells mounting housings and mounting hardware for Starlink Mini terminals. We do not sell Starlink terminals, subscriptions or service.
We work hard to show the product accurately, but colors and finish can look different on your screen depending on your device and its settings. We do not warrant that the appearance of a product will match how it is rendered online. Product specifications and descriptions may change without notice, and we may discontinue a product or limit quantities at our discretion.
4. Orders
When you place an order you are making an offer to buy. The order is accepted only when we confirm it and your payment has been processed. We may decline or cancel an order at our discretion, including where a product is out of stock, where a price or description was wrong, or where we suspect fraud. If we cancel, we refund you in full and contact you at the email or phone number on the order.
Orders can be cancelled at no cost before they ship. Orders are dispatched within 2 business days.
5. Prices, taxes and payment
Prices are in US dollars and may change without notice. The price that applies is the one shown when your order is placed and confirmed in your order confirmation email.
Prices do not include sales tax or shipping, which are shown separately at checkout. US import duty is paid by SETBOX and is never charged to you.
You confirm that you are authorized to use the payment method you provide and that the charges will be honored.
6. Shipping and delivery
We ship within the United States with tracking. We do not ship outside the United States at this time. Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees. We are not liable for delays caused by carriers, customs processing or events outside our control.
We remain responsible for the parcel until it is delivered to you. If a parcel arrives damaged, tell us within 7 days of delivery and we will handle the carrier claim and send a replacement.
7. Returns, refunds and warranty
Purchases are subject to our Refund and Returns Policy and to the SETBOX Warranty, both published on this site and incorporated into these Terms by reference. In short: 60 days to return for a full refund with no restocking fee, returns received at our US warehouse, and a lifetime guarantee on the housing with one year on mounting hardware and wear items. The published policies govern in case of any difference.
8. Installation, use and safety
This is the section that matters most, because the product is fitted to a moving vehicle.
You are responsible for installing the mount according to the supplied instructions, on a surface it is rated for, and for checking that it is clean, undamaged and correctly seated before you drive. You are responsible for re-checking the mount periodically and after any impact, off-road use or extreme weather.
SETBOX is not liable for any loss, damage or injury resulting from incorrect or incomplete installation, a contaminated or damaged mounting surface, installation on a surface the product is not rated for, use outside the stated temperature range, or use at speeds or in conditions beyond normal road use.
The product is designed for road vehicles. It is not designed or tested for aviation, motorsport, high-speed marine use or any application where detachment could endanger people. Any such use is at your own risk and voids the warranty.
9. Magnets
The mounting hardware uses neodymium magnets. Magnets of this strength can interfere with pacemakers, implanted defibrillators, hearing aids and other medical devices, and can damage magnetic media, payment cards and some electronics. They can also pinch skin. Keep the kit away from people with implanted medical devices and away from children, and handle the magnets with care during installation.
10. Relationship with SpaceX
SETBOX is an independent product. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by or otherwise connected to Space Exploration Technologies Corp. (SpaceX). Starlink is a trademark of SpaceX.
Your Starlink hardware, subscription and service are governed entirely by SpaceX’s own terms. That includes whether your plan permits use while a vehicle is in motion, and whether mounting the terminal in a particular way affects SpaceX’s own warranty. We do not control and cannot advise on those terms.
11. Personal use
Products are sold for your own personal or household use. Commercial resale, distribution or export requires our written agreement. If you are buying for a fleet or as a reseller, contact us first.
12. Intellectual property
The Services, including all text, images, video, product photography, designs and their selection and arrangement, are owned by SETBOX or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. These Terms allow you to use the Services for personal, non-commercial purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify or republish our material without written permission.
The SETBOX name and logo are our trademarks. All other names and marks appearing on the Services belong to their respective owners.
13. Reviews, photos and feedback
If you send us a review, a photo of your installation, a suggestion or any other content, you grant us a perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce and display it, including for marketing. You confirm that the content is yours to give, that it is accurate, and that it does not infringe anyone’s rights. We are not obliged to publish, keep confidential, pay for or respond to anything you send. We may decline or remove content at our discretion.
14. Third-party links and tools
The Services may link to or embed material from third parties. We do not control and are not responsible for that material, and following those links is at your own risk. Complaints about a third party’s products or services should go to that third party.
15. Relationship with Shopify
This store is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide the Services to you. Any sale or purchase you make in this store is made directly with SETBOX. By using the Services you acknowledge that Shopify is not responsible for any aspect of any sale between you and SETBOX, including any injury, damage or loss resulting from products purchased. You release Shopify and its affiliates from all claims, damages and liabilities arising from your purchases and transactions with SETBOX.
16. Privacy
Personal information we collect through the Services is handled as described in our Privacy Policy. Because the Services are hosted by Shopify, some information is also processed by Shopify under its own privacy terms.
17. Prohibited uses
You may use the Services for lawful purposes only. You may not use them to break any law, to infringe anyone’s rights, to harass or abuse anyone, to transmit false or misleading information, to send spam, to impersonate anyone, to upload malicious code, to scrape or harvest data, or to interfere with or circumvent the security of the Services. We may suspend or terminate access at any time if we believe these Terms have been broken.
18. Errors and inaccuracies
Information on the Services may occasionally contain typographical errors, inaccuracies or omissions relating to descriptions, specifications, pricing, promotions, shipping charges or availability. We may correct errors and change or update information at any time without prior notice, including after you have submitted an order.
19. Disclaimer of warranties
Except as expressly stated in the SETBOX Warranty, the Services and all products are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties or conditions of any kind, express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, durability, title and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, timely, secure or error-free. Some jurisdictions do not allow these disclaimers, so parts of this section may not apply to you.
20. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, SETBOX and its officers, employees, affiliates, agents, contractors, service providers and licensors are not liable for any injury, loss, claim or any direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, special or consequential damages of any kind, including lost profits, lost revenue, loss of data, damage to a vehicle, damage to Starlink equipment, or replacement costs, arising from your use of the Services or of any product bought through them. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the purchase price of the product concerned.
Some states and countries do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so this section may not apply to you in full.
21. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless SETBOX, Shopify and our affiliates, officers, employees and service providers from any claim, loss or damage, including reasonable legal fees, arising from your breach of these Terms, your violation of any law or the rights of a third party, or your use of the Services.
22. Termination
We may terminate this agreement or your access to the Services at any time. You remain liable for amounts due up to the date of termination. The sections on intellectual property, feedback, disclaimers, limitation of liability, indemnification and governing law survive termination.
23. General
If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the rest remains in force. Our failure to enforce a right is not a waiver of it. These Terms, together with the policies referenced in them, are the entire agreement between you and us about the Services. You may not assign these Terms without our written consent; we may assign them without notice. Headings are for convenience only.
24. Governing law and your consumer rights
These Terms are governed by the laws of Ukraine, where SETBOX LLC is established.
Nothing in these Terms limits any mandatory consumer protection rights you have under the laws of your state, province or country of residence. Where those rights conflict with anything written here, those rights prevail.
25. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The current version is always on this page. Material changes take effect on the date stated in the notice we publish, and continuing to use the Services after that date means you accept them.
