Refund policy

60 days, no restocking fee

Drive it. Abuse it. If the SETBOX mount cracks, rattles loose, or simply does not convince you, return it within 60 days of delivery for a full refund of the purchase price. There is no restocking fee, and we do not ask you to keep it unused. A mount that has been on a roof for a month is still returnable.

What has to come back

The complete kit: the housing, the magnetic mounts and any metal plates that shipped with it. The adhesive plates are consumables, so it is fine if they have been peeled and used. If part of the kit is missing we refund the value of what is returned.

Who pays for return shipping

You changed your mind. Return shipping is at your cost. The purchase price is refunded in full, original shipping is not.
The product failed or we shipped the wrong item. We cover return shipping and either replace the kit or refund it in full, your choice.

Swapping colors

If you want a different color, tell us within the 60 days and we will swap it. Outbound shipping on the replacement is on us, return shipping on the original is on you, same as any change of mind.

How to start a return

Email support@getsetbox.com with your order number and, if something failed, a photo. We reply within one business day with the return address for our US warehouse and instructions.

Returns go to a US address, not overseas. Please do not send anything back before you have that email, as unannounced returns are hard to match to an order and slow your refund down.

When you get your money

Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5 business days of the returned kit arriving at our warehouse. Your bank or card issuer usually needs another 5 to 10 business days to post it.

Damage in transit

If the parcel arrives damaged, tell us within 7 days of delivery and keep the packaging. We handle the carrier claim, not you. For a parcel damaged in transit we send a replacement rather than a refund.

Cancelling an order

Orders can be cancelled at no cost any time before they ship. Orders are dispatched within 2 business days, so email us quickly and we will catch it if we can.

What this policy does not cover

The Starlink Mini itself. SETBOX is a mount, and your dish is covered by SpaceX under its own terms.

Beyond 60 days

The housing carries a lifetime guarantee, and the magnetic hinges and wear items are covered for one year from delivery. That is a separate promise and it does not expire at day 60. See the Warranty page for what is covered and how to claim.
